The dining room wall needed adornment. Buying enough art to fill it wasn’t the answer, so I painted it myself. The design pulls from Indian decorative painted architectural details and 18th and 19th-century European botany studies. Two completely different traditions that have no business being on the same wall. They’re inseparable now.
